YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
- Delegate tasks to subordinate brigades on time based on production plans and schedules.
- Create the necessary conditions for the execution of works.
- Work and quality control.
- Submission of completed works.
- Ensuring and controlling work safety and fire safety.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Higher engineering education. Having a special education - 3 years of production experience in shipbuilding/repair companies. Without special education - 5 years of productive work experience.
- Good planning skills.
- Work experience in foreign projects (advantage).
- Good knowledge of Russian and Lithuanian languages. English language (advantage).
- Good computer skills.
- The technology of shipbuilding works; basics of production management.
- Work safety certificate (advantage).
- Driver's license (category B).
