Nature of work
- Taking raw materials into containers and injecting them into baths;
- Cottage cheese production according to approved technology and recipes;
- Work with the curd production line (baths, creamers);
- Automatic washing of production lines, production equipment, containers with a centralized equipment washer;
- Manual washing of cottage cheese baths;
- Disinfection of technological equipment and premises.
Work on a rolling work schedule after 12 o'clock. in two shifts - from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

- Higher, professional education (food technology would be an advantage);
- Diligence, orderliness, responsibility, independence;
- Responsible approach to food safety requirements and good hygiene skills.
