Position Description

  • Collect, analyze, systematize data on customer experiences, timely inform managers about KPI compliance, ensure control and changes
  • Control KPI assurance in activities
  • Initiate projects related to improving customer experience
  • Understand the company's data systems, customer indicators and be able to make connections between the data in the systems. Take responsibility for the uniformity and accuracy of the data
  • Develop CRM and other systems to meet the needs of service teams, initiate and participate in public procurement processes
  • Work with the automation and robotization team: order reports necessary for the activity, test the correctness of reports, development
  • Prepare presentations, present operational issues to managers, initiate changes
  • Engage in company processes related to improving customer experience

Your competences and experience

  • Higher university or equivalent education, priority – in the field of econometrics, statistics, mathematics or exact sciences (suitable if you are studying in your final year)
  • At least one year of experience working with data (data analyst).
  • Knowledge of basic SQL, working with databases is a big advantage
  • Knowledge of operational processes and management principles of information systems, ability to identify and formalize requirements for system functionalities
  • Ability to collect, analyze, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions
  • Ability to fluently convey ideas in writing and orally in Lithuanian (English would be an advantage)
  • Ability to work with Power BI is a big plus
  • Ability to independently plan, organize one's activities, make decisions related to direct work functions, solve problems and work in a team
  • Independence, ability to work in uncertain conditions
