We are looking for a colleague who:
- analyze the service provision processes of the assigned information system(s) (hereinafter - IS), factors and their causes influencing the IS processes, and make suggestions to product managers regarding the improvement of service processes;
- carry out a detailed analysis of IS development needs, decide on the realization of new needs and their integration with functioning IS;
- perform a detailed analysis of the functionality being developed, describe it and coordinate it with product managers, IS developers or the company's IT departments;
- prepare functional and non-functional requirements for IS development and change;
- prepare technical requirements for the purchase of IS maintenance, development and development services;
- examine and evaluate the technical documentation of IS and their data exchange interfaces, provide conclusions and proposals regarding its completeness and quality assurance, prepare its changes and additions;
- after implementing the changes, analyze the compliance of the IS functionality with the established service provision processes and requirements, and in case of non-compliance, initiate the elimination of non-conformities;
- analyze the quality of the data collected by the IS and provide suggestions for improving the data quality;
- ensure preparation, relevance, completeness and quality of IS technical documentation;
- submit proposals for IS development and improvement works, participate in the preparation of IS development plans;
- analyze the existing IS interactions with other systems and make proposals for changes to these interfaces or the creation of new ones;
- coordinate the technical conditions of IS interaction contracts with related registers and systems, provide comments to the technical conditions of IS contracts.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher or equivalent education;
- at least two years of work experience with information systems;
- knowledge of operational processes and management principles of information systems, ability to identify and formalize requirements for system functionalities;
- the ability to model information systems, to be familiar with the technological and architectural solutions for the development of modern information systems, the ability to apply them in practice;
- knowledge of basic SQL, working with databases;
- ability to collect, analyze, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions;
- ability to fluently and correctly present ideas in Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and business reputation.
