Nature of work:

  • Prepare and implement the corruption prevention policy;
  • Implement anti-corruption preventive measures and anti-corruption management system requirements in the Company;
  • Carry out control and monitoring of the practice of declaration of public and private interests of the Company's employees and their coordination, ensure preventive measures of conflict of interests;
  • Implement fraud prevention measures and control their implementation;
  • Collect, analyze and systematize information on conflicts of interest of the Company and its employees, violations of internal procedures, security of confidential information/commercial secrets, risk issues;
  • In the event of suspicions of possible fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, theft or other legal violations related to direct functions, conduct investigations and internal inspections of possible legal violations in accordance with the procedure established by the Company;
  • Organize and implement physical and technical measures for the security of tangible and intangible assets managed by the Company, including confidential information.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of managerial work experience;
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance evaluation, analysis, corruption prevention and/or risk management or internal audit;
  • Excellent analytical skills when working with large amounts of data;
  • Higher university education (law, economics, finance, business management or auditing would be an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of cyber security would be an advantage.
