Operational Resilience Guide(s)

You have at least 3 years of managerial experience;
You have worked for more than 5 years in the areas of performance evaluation, analysis, corruption prevention and/or risk management or internal audit;
You are able to work with large amounts of data and have good analytical skills;
You have a university degree in law, economics, finance, business management or auditing;
You know the provisions of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, which are necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
You speak English;
Knowledge of cyber security would be an advantage.

Prepare and implement the corruption prevention policy;
Implement anti-corruption preventive measures and anti-corruption management system requirements in the Company;
To carry out control and monitoring of the practice of declaration of public and private interests of the Company's employees and their coordination, to ensure preventive measures of conflict of interests;
Implement fraud prevention measures and control their implementation;
Collect, analyze and systematize information on conflicts of interest of the Company and its employees, violations of internal procedures, security of confidential information/commercial secrets, risk issues;
In the event of suspicions of possible fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, theft or other legal violations related to direct functions, conduct investigations and internal inspections of possible legal violations in accordance with the procedure established by the Company;
Organize and implement physical and technical measures for the security of tangible and intangible assets managed by the Company, including confidential information.
