- Lead the development and implementation of the company's quality management system
- Ensure timely certification and compliance with certification standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001, etc.)
- To carry out systematic quality audit activities and make suggestions on how to improve the quality of processes and activities
- Contribute to the implementation of Lean and the education of colleagues
- Help create and implement the organization's digitization strategy
- To improve the quality of provided services and increase the efficiency of operations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Higher education (advantage in production management, quality management or similar fields)
- Successful experience in coordinating or leading operational efficiency projects
- Knowledge of process optimization and efficiency improvement methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independence and initiative
- Organizational and detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
