We are looking for a colleague who:
- implementation and development of the procedural management model, operational architecture management in supervised areas of activity;
- coordinated strategy cascading, standardized planning of the company's activities, determination of goals and indicators in supervised areas of activity;
- organize and conduct trainings and provide consultations and assistance to the company's employees on operational architecture management, application of operational improvement/mastery methodologies and other process management issues;
- organized the activities of working groups for the modeling and improvement of the company's business processes;
- perform an analysis of the optimization and automation possibilities of existing processes, make proposals and present them to interested persons, ensure the implementation of agreed actions;
- performed a review of the company's process descriptions, ensured the conformity of the descriptions with the standard established by the company and good process modeling practices;
- participated in the development of process efficiency measurement indicators and their monitoring system.
In this position, it is important for us:
- work experience in process analysis and optimization;
- knowledge of business process analysis, optimization and change management methodologies and tools;
- knowledge of the methodologies and practices of the organization's strategy implementation, goals and indicators system;
- knowledge of the organization's internal data analytics;
- experience in the development of operational process architecture (would be an advantage);
- knowing how to model processes with a specialized process modeling tool (Promapp, ARIS, Visio, Bizagi, etc.) would also be an advantage;
- experience and ability to moderate discussions, training sessions;
- analytical thinking, ability to formulate insights based on data, make proposals for possible solutions and present them to interested persons;
- higher or equivalent education;
- knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, orientation to results, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

- salary from EUR 2,384 with taxes (EUR 2,384 - EUR 3,576 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
