Position Description
Your competences and experience
AB "LTG Infra" offers to its employees
- Develop and manage an operational excellence program
- Apply effective management practices in order to achieve long-term goals and continuous improvement of the organization
- Encourage employee involvement in performance improvement and efficiency initiatives, implement the philosophy and culture of continuous improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in the organization and turn them into projects and initiatives
- To develop employees' abilities to apply effective management practices and tools, to share good experience
- Ensure smooth management of interested parties and communication within the scope of the program
- Provide reports on program implementation, generated fees
Your competences and experience
- Higher Education
- Leadership, independence, responsibility and desire to make a difference in an organization that raises high quality standards
- Experience in implementing Lean/continuous improvement practices in organizations (certificates in Lean are an advantage)
- Change management and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluent Lithuanian language, excellent English (C1) language skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
