Pending jobs:
- Coordinate the planning of funds necessary for the maintenance of the institution;
- Perform control over the implementation of the institution's budget expenditure estimate;
- To organize the preparation of the institution's annual activity plan and quarterly activity plan implementation reports;
- To coordinate the monitoring of the implementation of the indicators for the evaluation of the effectiveness of general functions performed centrally;
- Assess the need for improvement of operational and financial planning processes;
- Coordinate the development, implementation, improvement and maintenance of the institution's risk management system;
- Ensure the quality of the functions performed by Subgroup employees and control the proper execution of tasks.
In this position, it is important for us:
- Higher university or equivalent education in the field of finance/accounting;
- At least 3 (three) years of work experience in the field of operational and/or financial management;
- Knowledge of the rules for the preparation of legal acts and other documents, the ability to prepare procedural, organizational documents and draft legal acts;
- Knowledge of the Law on the Budget Structure of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Budgetary Institutions of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the methodology of strategic planning and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Ability to collect, analyze, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions;
- An advantage - experience in managerial work, knowledge of the activities of public sector institutions.
