RESPONSIBILITIES
In "Mano banka" You will not be the executor of routine tasks. As a member of our team, you will be the master of your own processes, work together with colleagues from other departments and contribute significantly to the overall result.
- Develop and maintain a system of operational business reports that will allow monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform detailed analysis of operational and/or historical data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Cooperate with the Bank's departments, delving into business needs, and offer effective one-time and periodic solutions.
- Actively participate in the implementation process of reports, summaries and data visualization in order to improve data availability.
- Constantly delving into financial sector trends, regulatory changes and the latest technologies in order to improve analytical methodologies and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to end users of reports/data to promote independent use of reports.
- Initiate actions to improve data quality, integrity and governance across the organization.
WE HOPE YOU
- Bachelor's degree in financial management, business administration, economics, mathematics, IT or similar field. Master's degree or additional certifications (eg CFA, CBAP) would be an advantage.
- Has at least one year of experience in business/financial analysis or related fields in the financial services sector.
- Has strong skills in using data analysis tools and can independently use SQL, MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or similar tools.
- You are familiar with financial products, services and business processes of the financial sector.
- Likes to delve into the essence of a problem or question and obtain answers and present conclusions by systematizing, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Has good communication skills and is able to ask the right questions and present results and insights to a diverse audience.
- You are able to plan your activities, set and coordinate priorities and work effectively in a team. You have a responsible approach to work and are diligent.
WE OFFER
- 3400-3700€ (before tax) salary, the specific offer will depend on the available experience;
