Future tasks
WORK PLACE: QUADRUM business center, Konstitucijos pr. 21B, Vilnius
- Administer information flows, correspondence, accounts, contracts;
- Administer the orders and supply of tools needed for the office;
- Help colleagues with daily administrative and organizational issues;
- Help organize internal and external events;
- Contribute to colleagues' project work;
- Assist colleagues in booking conference rooms.

- You are an organized, positive, proactive and responsible person;
- Excellent knowledge of clerical rules, preparation of documents;
- You speak and write English well;
- Able to manage and systematize information;
- Has good computer skills;
- Have similar work experience (in administration/customer service - an advantage).
