What challenges await you?
- Work with the business to identify problems that can be solved using data and create solutions that will help the business make faster decisions to improve the company's performance;
- Formulate guidelines and instructions on how to improve data infrastructure and analysis processes, applying the latest practices and technologies;
- Analyze the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis processes and initiate improvements;
- Ensure knowledge sharing in the team and business;
- Identify the need for the necessary competences and ensure their attraction.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, informatics or equivalent;
- Has similar work experience with business data analytics projects, understands the working principles and main challenges of business data analytics;
- Good knowledge of various statistical models and analysis methods;
- Has strong analytical and analytical software/tools skills (e.g. SQL, Microsoft Power BI, DWH);
- You are curious, understand business challenges, result-oriented, cooperative and independent personality.
