Your future activities:
- Finding and booking plane/ferry/bus/train tickets through existing providers/reservation systems.
- Search for short-term and long-term accommodation abroad.
- Establishing contacts with new suppliers, filling in the contact register.
- Maintaining contact with existing suppliers and coordinating orders.
- Reconciliation of invoices for ordered services.
- Cooperation with other departments in matters of ordering business trips.
We hope you:
- Has similar work experience.
- Has excellent planning and work organization skills.
- Has excellent oral and written knowledge of English (required), Russian. knowledge is an advantage.
- You are proactive, communicate easily and can solve problems quickly.
- You adapt easily in a dynamic operating environment.
