Business Customer Service Specialist

• Solving the everyday situations of business customers and answering all the customers' questions by phone or e-mail. by post
• Distribution of information flow to relevant departments according to the content and form of requests
• Cooperation with sales and other departments in improving business processes and increasing customer satisfaction

We are currently looking for reinforcements for our Business customer service team, for a fixed-term employment contract (during the employee's parental leave). Work on a rolling schedule. The business customer service center is open Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

• You are an expert who knows the subtleties of business customer service
• You react quickly and adequately to various situations, make decisions "here and now", feel responsible for your actions
• In your current tasks, you dive like a fish and boast high results
• Among the team members, you are known as providing proposals for the development and improvement of services or processes
• Proactively get involved in projects developed by the team and other departments
• Has excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• It's great if you can communicate in Russian and English. We would consider the ability to write and speak Russian a great advantage.
