BUSINESS CUSTOMER OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER(S)

Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring the efficient operation of the team: execution of agreed indicators, distribution and control of tasks and assistance to the team in carrying out daily activities;
• Actively contributing to smooth internal communication with employees, creating a harmonious team and a good microclimate and educational processes;
• Ensuring operational efficiency and the implementation of common strategic goals in cooperation with other company departments;
• Analyzing the needs of business customers, providing proposals and initiatives that will promote the improvement of activities and processes;
• Participating in various projects and working groups with the improvement of customer experience in their activities;
• When concluding and/or terminating business client contracts;
• Solving issues of connecting new and producing business clients' facilities;
• Implementing other functions of the business customer operations team (customer refunds, etc.).

• Higher university education;
• At least 2 years of work experience related to operational efficiency and team management;
• Ability to empower, motivate and mobilize the team for common goals and results;
• Ability to systematize and summarize information, manage information flows;
• Knowledge of operational/process efficiency tools, interest in new technologies and a strong desire to improve;
• Very good communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
• Excellent time, activity planning and organization skills;
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 3,124 and EUR 4,686 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
