You will take care of:
- communication with business clients;
- organization and control of maintenance and technical maintenance of commercial objects;
- preparation of commercial offers and tenders;
- budget planning and monitoring;
- project profitability control;
- preparation of reports;
- you will delegate tasks to the project team and control the performance of work;
- control of service providers.
We hope you:
- you have obtained a higher technical/engineering education/management education;
- you have work experience in real estate administration/project management;
- you know English;
- you work well with a computer;
- you are communicative, eloquent and have excellent communication skills;
- you are a responsible, independent and proactive person who seeks to improve and contribute to the company's activities;
- you have excellent communication, cooperation, work organization and negotiation skills;
- you have a driver's license.

Salary
1897-2631 €/mon. gross
Salary from 1200-1600 euros in hand, plus bonuses.
