Business client project manager in Klaipėda or Šiauliai (existing clients)

We are currently looking for a Business Client Project Manager in Klaipėda or Šiauliai, whose responsibility will be to work with a basket of existing clients in the medium and large business segment. Working with business clients at Tele2 is much more than sales. We aim to be business consultants who know the specifics of various businesses. Together with the status of the hardest seller, you will strengthen and have an excellent understanding of business processes, you will know technological processes. You will be responsible for:

• taking over new customers from the recruitment team and their after-sales service by connecting services;
• maintaining contact with existing business clients and initiating new sales projects for them;
• advising clients on the most suitable telecommunication solutions and products for them, in order to provide the client with the maximum value of services;
• closing sales projects during face-to-face meetings and negotiations;
• resolving and providing assistance to the daily inquiries of business clients;
• analyzing and recording information in customer databases.

You will have internal company teams at your back - analysts, product managers, technical service specialists, etc. - whose capabilities you can combine to achieve goals.



To be successful, you will need:

• 1 year successful business sales experience in the field of telecommunications and results to prove it (experience with customer retention is an advantage);
• experience in preparing proposals for clients: ability to analyze data, identify possible risks and benefits;
• a sense of comfort when planning independently and having a clear work schedule;
• examples of experience in building long-term, reliable relationships with clients;
• a sense of comfort when working in an extremely dynamic position and at a high pace;
• experience in selling solutions and delving into the processes of different businesses (advantage);
• you will need your own car for work (subject to conditions of use).

Basic salary - 2290 EUR, with bonuses it can reach up to 3900 EUR and more (before taxes). The amount of remuneration is not limited, it depends on the results achieved.
