Business client project manager in Klaipėda for the Western Region (attracting clients)

We are currently looking for a Business Client Project Manager in Klaipėda, whose responsibility would be to grow the client base of the medium and large business segment. In recent years, the Business sector has been the priority direction of the company, and growth has determined the need for a strong team - we are currently looking for an experienced specialist who wants to be a part of this growth. Working with business clients at Tele2 is much more than sales. We aim to be business consultants who know the specifics of various businesses. Along with the status of the toughest seller, you will also gain an excellent understanding of business processes, you will know technological processes, you will be able to see and offer solutions. Main Responsibilities:

• establishing contact with new business clients - initiating new sales projects by phone;
• coordination and support of the sales process during face-to-face meetings and negotiations;
• advising clients on the most suitable telecommunication solutions and products for them, in order to provide the client with the maximum value of services;
• coordination of contract terms and closing of sales projects;
• analyzing and recording information in customer databases.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years successful B2B sales experience and proven results;
• good presentation and negotiation skills;
• the ability to quickly establish a relationship with new contacts;
• knowledge of technology and business processes is an advantage;
• feeling of comfort when working in a very dynamic position and at a high pace;
• you will need your own car for work (subject to conditions of use).

Basic salary - 2320 EUR, with bonuses it can reach 3900 EUR and more (before taxes). The amount of remuneration is not limited, it depends on the results achieved.
