Business client manager (working with existing clients)

We are currently looking for a small Business Client Manager in Vilnius or Alytus who will work with existing business clients over the phone. Working with business clients at Tele2 is much more than sales. We aim to be business consultants who know the specifics of various businesses. Along with the status of the toughest seller, you will also gain an excellent understanding of business processes, you will know technological processes, you will be able to see and offer solutions. You will be responsible for:

• sales and contract extensions by phone for existing small business customers;
• advising business clients on telecommunications solutions and products;
• analysis and recording of information in customer databases;
• quick and proper performance of technical sales procedures in the systems;
• achievement of personal and team goals (sales, customer satisfaction).

We hope that you:

• you have experience in telephone sales, you like it and are successful;
• you are interested in the telecommunications market and technologies;
• you are focused on maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
• you are an energetic and ambitious person - you always strive to exceed the set goals;
• you communicate well verbally and in writing in Lithuanian;
• speak English or Russian (advantage).

The basic salary is EUR 1,600 (before taxes), with bonuses it can reach EUR 3,000 and more (before taxes). The amount of remuneration is not limited, it depends on the results achieved. We have also prepared a basket of additional benefits for each employee, which includes:
