Business Customer Manager (Customer Attraction)

We are currently looking for a Business Account Manager to work with new customer acquisition over the phone. In recent years, the Business sector has been a priority direction of the company, and growth also determines the need for a strong team - we are currently looking for a motivated salesperson who wants to be part of this growth. Working with business clients at Tele2 is much more than sales. We aim to be business consultants who know the specifics of various businesses. Along with the status of the toughest seller, you will also gain an excellent understanding of business processes, you will know technological processes, you will be able to see and offer solutions. You will be responsible for:

• establishment of contact with new Tele2 business clients and telephone sales;
• advising business clients on the most suitable telecommunications solutions and products for them;
• analysis and recording of information in customer databases;
• quick and proper performance of technical sales procedures in the systems;
• achievement of personal and team goals (sales, customer satisfaction).

We hope that you:

• you have experience in cold calling, you like it and have the results to prove it;
• you are interested in the telecommunications market and technologies;
• has experience working with business clients (advantage);
• you are an energetic and ambitious person - you always strive to exceed the set goals;
• able to quickly establish contact with new contacts;
• you are not afraid to work in a very dynamic position and at a high pace;
• speak English or Russian (advantage).

The basic salary is EUR 1850, with bonuses it reaches EUR 3000 and more (before taxes). The amount of remuneration is not limited, it depends on the results achieved.
