- Consolidate and update information in the internal customer database;
- Deal with incoming requests;
- Participate in various project activities;
- Consult colleagues from other departments within the limits of their competencies;
- Prepare and analyze reports, identify and solve problems.

- You know English both orally and in writing (advantage);
- You would be diligent, responsible, independent and result-oriented;
