Business Development Manager

Business development in Lithuania and abroad, formation of goals and indicators, development of strategy;
Analysis, planning, implementation and supervision of development opportunities in foreign markets;
Continuous monitoring of market and competitive environment analysis, preparation of strategic action plan;
Generation of new ideas, optimization of processes;

Higher Education;
At least 5 years of successful experience in business development, management, strategic planning and performance management, preferably in the medical field.
Strategic thinking, orientation to the result;
Ability to make decisions and implement them;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Knowledge of business processes, experience in sales strategy formation and implementation.
