Nature of work

Responsibility for sales of heat pumps and their development in Lithuania and the Baltic States;
Planning and implementation of product sales strategy;
Active search for new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients;
Advising existing and potential clients on the solutions provided;
Ensuring continuous cooperation with the manufacturer's technical department.

Employee requirements

Independence and orientation to the result;
Service First approach;
Experience in heating or HVAC [HVAC] equipment sales;
Successful experience in B2B sales;
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
Engineering background would be an advantage;
