Nature of work of transport punk:
We're trucking experts and slightly crazy transport punks - but you don't have to be crazy, we'll teach you!
- Finding new customers, communication and relationship development (including - "cold-calling")
- Company representation at exhibitions, conferences and seminars
- Preparation of commercial proposals, presentation of services and search for sales opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing the dynamics of market changes, providing suggestions for improving the quality of services
- Organizing and participating in customer visits
- Customer onboarding, ongoing communication and relationship maintenance
Requirements for a future transport punk:
- You have at least 1 year of successful experience in sales/development (for business customers) in a transport and logistics company
- You have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- You are result-oriented, flexible in changes and boldly take initiative
- You are able to work both in a team and individually
- You have excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and are able to communicate in English
- You have a category B driver's license
But most importantly - you want to become the real transport punk!🤘
