Your work day will look like this:
- Assessment of the assumed risk of Company property and/or Construction works insurance;
- Cooperation with the sales department in order to achieve the goals of insurance products;
- Assisting the product manager in creating and improving insurance products and analyzing and developing the insurance portfolio;
- Assisting the product manager in the development of risk assessment tools and processes;
- Cooperation with the claims department on risk assessment and management issues.
You will do well if:
- Has a university education (an advantage in the field of construction);
- Able to communicate and cooperate;
- Learn Lithuanian and English;
- Has a lot of motivation and desire to improve;
- You are responsible, attentive to details and nothing escapes your eyes;
- Has critical thinking and knows how to argue his opinion and decisions;
- Has strong computer skills (MS Excel), able to work with large amounts of data, to see trends;
- You are communicative, have good Lithuanian and English language skills.
