Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Head of Business Sector Financing to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, to achieve the set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and of course be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I will analyze the financing possibilities of the Bank's strategic sectors, in cooperation with colleagues from other branches of the bank, I will prepare sector financing guidelines;
• You will assess the state of the sectors, credit risk and prepare sector analyses;
• I will consult business clients and colleagues on business financing issues and help them find the most appropriate financial solutions;
• I represented the Bank at various business events, presenting the sectors and their features;
• You will provide general insights on improving the business financing process.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education and at least 4 years. work experience in business finance, finance or related fields;
• Ability to assess and analyze the financial condition of business clients, credit risk;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills;
• Logical thinking, calculation skills and attentiveness and diligence;
• Ability to communicate fluently;
• Positive thinking, ability to cooperate and teamwork;
• Driver's license.

• Remuneration. The specific remuneration will depend on the work experience and competences, so we only indicate the possible range: from 3720.00 to 5580.00 EUR before taxes.
