These functions are still in their infancy, so you will need to assemble a team of these experts yourself.

What you will need to do:

Accept weekly plans from your team;
Carry out daily coordination (stand-up), controlling the execution of plans;
Report weekly to the board about the team's result;
Prepare and approve team work instructions;
Make decisions in cases of atypical situations;
Create and implement the division's development strategy
