WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- Coordination of the implementation of the company's ISO, FSC standards, supervision, internal audits;
- Participation in external audits, preparation of related action plans, reports and other documents;
- Organization of support for the business management system (based on Lean), supervision of the implementation of new modules/processes, preparation of work instructions, assistance to the team in case of questions;
- Analysis, preparation, improvement of internal company processes;
- Implementation and administration of standards and internal company procedures;
- Analyzing discrepancies related to processes and initiating and managing corrective actions;
- Management and maintenance of internal company documents;
- Preparing and conducting training for new employees of the company on introductory Lean, 5S, LSW (Lean), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO27001, FSC standards;
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the manager.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Ability to combine individual facts into a clear logical order, establishing cause and effect relationships;
- Diligence when working with documents;
- Ability to work independently and in a team and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to conduct training for a small group of people;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Experience in working with the Lean system and tools;
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Power BI;
- Experience in working with AutoCAD or a similar program (advantage);
- Responsibility, ability to achieve set goals and results;
- Politeness, the ability to value your time and that of others.
