Nature of work
- Organization of procedural actions of the internal audit process.
- Effective activity planning and implementation of actions on issues assigned by the Company's Board.
- Preparation of annual and interim internal audit plans, coordination of their implementation.
- Preparation of internal audit reports, other procedural documents and internal legal acts.
- Contributing to the compliance of the Company's activities with the requirements of internal and external legal acts, increasing the efficiency of processes and the internal control system.
- Informing the company's board about the implementation of internal audit recommendations, observed or identified risks, their elimination, execution of control procedures, etc.
- Consulting company managers on internal control and risk management issues.
- Implementation and improvement of internal audit work methods.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education.
- At least 3 years of work experience in internal or external audit.
- Knowledge of international internal audit standards, code of ethics and audit procedures.
- Understanding of internal control system and risk management principles.
- Very good command of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken).
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Impeccable reputation.
- Strategic, analytical thinking, business understanding.
- Skills in planning and organizing activities, ability to follow standards and procedures, prepare reasonable conclusions.
