We invite a new team member to join - an Internal Control Expert, whose main goal of the position is to contribute to the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of the internal control system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Evaluate and analyze the company's operational processes, provide reasonable evaluation conclusions and suggestions for improving operational processes;
- Carry out internal inspections in order to assess the effectiveness of existing control measures;
- Assess how the organization complies with the requirements of internal procedures;
- Identify risky, vulnerable areas of activity or events that may have a negative impact on the efficient use of company resources or reputation;
- Provide recommendations that would allow detection and prevention of possible cases of abuse;
- Cooperate with the managers of the organization's structural units in communicating about identified risks or observed cases of violations.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Higher education in the fields of law, finance or economics;
- Similar work experience (at least 2 years);
- Theoretical knowledge of risk management, critical thinking based on data analysis;
- Experience in managing and improving business processes or performing internal audits (advantage);
- Ability to independently organize work, coordinate tasks in the implementation of projects;
- English language. (at least at B2 level).
