Your contribution to the team work:
- perform planned and unplanned internal medical audits, prepare audit reports;
- you will provide audit conclusions and recommendations to the evaluating units, you will carry out progress monitoring;
- organize the registration of undesirable events and non-conformities, analyze their causes, propose preventive measures;
- you will examine patients' complaints, submit the conclusions of their analysis with suggestions to the Director of the Hospital;
- consult the employees of the Hospital on matters of audit and compliance of activities with the established requirements;
- participate in the preparation of annual internal medical audit plans and schedules;
- As instructed by the director of the hospital, I represented the institution in other institutions controlling the quality of personal health care services.
We hope you:
- you have obtained a higher university education in health sciences;
- has work experience in the field of health care;
- you have finished or are ready to finish 24 hours in the near future. duration of the internal medical audit knowledge and skills acquisition course;
- know how to systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions, and submit them in accordance with the rules for preparing and managing documents;
- has excellent skills in working with MS Office programs;
- you are responsible, organized, proactive, have analytical thinking;
- you have excellent communication and cooperation skills, you are positive.
