Your future responsibilities:
- Creating and managing the company's internal communication content;
- Planning and implementation of actions to strengthen the employer's image;
- Promotion of employee ambassadorship and other social responsibilities and activities;
- Administering the intranet site and the sections on it;
- Creation and distribution of internal messages, articles, newsletters;
- Planning and organizing internal company events;
- Cultivation of values and organizational culture.
We care, so we expect you to:
- Has a university education;
- Has experience in the field of internal communication;
- Has excellent organizational, conflict and information management skills;
- You are proactive, creative, active, positive;
- Has excellent writing skills, the ability to present thoughts fluently;
- Has excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Has excellent computer skills (MS Office, Canva, Mailerlite, etc.);
- Experience in managing labor marketing projects is an advantage; skills in content management systems; working skills in Adobe Photoshop or another program; experience in public procurement.
