Expected job functions of the employee:
- Identify improvement areas and prepare implementation plans;
- Create and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes;
- Coordinate and cooperate with employees, implementing continuous improvement projects and applying methodologies;
- Implementation of own and team goals;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives;
- Organize effective and systematic improvement of operational processes, ensuring compliance with standards, customer needs and quality requirements.
- Independently perform assigned tasks, creatively look at challenges, quickly orientate in a changing business environment.

Requirements for the employee:
- At least 3 years. team leader experience (in production, logistics);
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn to work with new programs;
- Knowledge of Lean methodology (advantage);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, team management, education and motivation skills;
- Organization, ability to act independently, strategic/analytical thinking, flexibility, positivity;
- Ability to manage stressful situations, solve problems, propose new ideas and implement them.
- Good knowledge of English.
Estimated working hours:
On weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
