You will apply your accumulated experience:

  • organizing the maintenance and development of the internal systems of the Register Center (DVS, Service Accounting System, Navision, CRM, etc.), common components required for the operation of electronic services, and IS intended for the performance of the company's internal administration functions;
  • organizing and controlling the preparation of feasibility studies and investment projects necessary for the development of IS, the purchase of necessary services;
  • controlling the quality of IS replacement or development works, initiating solutions to assigned IS malfunctions;
  • planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the department.

In this position it is important:

  • higher university or equivalent education: bachelor's or equivalent qualification degree in social sciences, law, economics, business and management studies or technological sciences;
  • at least 1 year of experience in managing a department or project group, and in a department that does not contain groups, experience in managing a department or project group;
  • at least 2 years of work experience in the supervised field;
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
  • to be able to independently plan, organize one's activities, independently make decisions related to direct work functions, independently solve arising problems;
  • be able to collect, analyze, systematize, summarize information and draw conclusions;
  • excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
  • knowledge of English at B1 level;
  • ability to work with the Microsoft Office program package and knowledge of information systems necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
  • comply with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Important Objects for Ensuring the National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • strategic thinking, organization, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and business reputation.
