You will be entrusted with:
- Check-in, service and check-out for hotel guests
- clarifying the needs of guests and ensuring a positive experience;
- provision of information by telephone, e-mail by mail and in direct communication with Amberton hotel chain customers;
- making reservations;
- execution of settlements and invoicing;
- work with the hotel management system.
What do we expect from you:
- sincere communication, service and warm communication with guests and colleagues;
- flexibility and confidentiality in dealing with customers;
- opportunities to work with a shifting work schedule (work is organized in shifts, including night shifts);
- diligence, responsibility, efficiency, striving to learn;
- higher than secondary education (may be a student);
- good computer skills (Microsoft Office software package);
- excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
- Experience using the hotel reservation system - an advantage.
