- Customer service by e-mail. by mail and phone: selling services, booking orders, providing information.
- Work with the cash register, invoicing;
- Communication with clients and management of conflict situations.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in hotels or services.
- Good knowledge of Russian and English.
- Higher university or higher education.
- Orientation to the customer and striving for a high standard of customer service.
- Responsibility, independence, initiative and the desire to constantly improve.
- Ability to work in a team and respect colleagues.
