Hotel administrator in Klaipėda

The hotels "Navalis" and "Bohema" are looking for administrators for permanent work (full-time).

Requirements:

• higher/higher (non) university education;
  
• work with a computer and operations in the Windows user environment (with the Office program package, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.);
  
• the ability to promptly resolve issues with hotel guests and staff;
  
• accepting and entering reservations into the system;
  
• receiving and seeing off guests;
  
• work with the cash register (payments by transfer, cash, advances, filling in the cash book);
  
• sale of additional services provided by the hotel.

Qualities: responsibility, service, communication, honesty, diplomacy;
Ability to work independently, focus precisely on situations, avoid conflict situations;
Neat business appearance;
Correct Lithuanian language (basics of clerical work);
Proficiency in Russian and English (written and oral);
Experience in administrative work would be an advantage.
