Would you like to join the Monist team? We are currently inviting the HOTEL ADMINISTRATOR for an interview. We want to share with you:

Your to-do list should include anything that creates a positive guest experience:
- You would be the first face to greet guests at the hotel and spa center.
- Consult guests on all administrative and organizational issues.
- You would create and nurture relationships with hotel guests.
- Be the axis of communication about everything related to our Customers.
- You would cooperate with the cleaning, restaurant administration team, you would help each other if necessary.
- Collect and analyze the unique experiences of customers.
- You would provide creative solutions that would invite a new guest to the public, and an existing client would be happy to recommend to their environment.
We would like to talk to you if your personality:
- Hospitable and attentive to even the smallest details.
- Empathetic to and responsive to the emotions and needs of customers.
- Creating a calm and positive environment around you.
- Solving difficult situations easily and professionally.
- Have experience working in the field of Customer Service (we would consider experience in a hotel a huge advantage).
- Speaks English (Russian would be an advantage).
