A 4-star hotel in the Old Town of Vilnius is looking for an administrator to work full-time.
- Professional reception and escort of hotel guests;
- Pleasant and helpful provision of various information and communication during the guests' stay;
- Presenting services to hotel guests;
- Administration of reservations;
- Work as a cash register terminal and hotel management system;
- Invoicing and preparing reports.
Employee requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian or another foreign language would be an advantage);
- Good communication skills, helpfulness and benevolence;
- Quick orientation and positive thinking;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Receptivity to innovations and the desire to improve;
- Computer literacy;
- Experience in similar work is a big advantage.
