Nature of work:
- organize housekeeping work (control cleaning of common areas and rooms);
- control the supply and maintenance of textile products (bedding, tablecloths, towels and other linens), other tools;
- control and supervise the content of minibars;
- ensure economical use of material resources;
- manage accounting documents of material values;
- train department employees, motivate them;
- ensure the selection of suppliers (hygiene goods, etc.) and their control.
Employee requirements:
- successful experience of similar work;
- higher or higher education;
- knowledge of professional etiquette, experience of working with clients;
- good planning and organizing skills of the department's employees (housekeepers);
- demanding work (ability to demand cleanliness and order);
- good computer literacy skills (MS Office).
