The renewed Hotel "Žilvinas", located in the exclusive Birutė Park area of Palanga, is looking for an ambitious and experienced sales manager who would be responsible for all sales of accommodation and other services provided by the hotel. The hotel also has a new, modern restaurant that provides services for events, conferences, and banquets.
Requirements for the employee:

- creation and management of sales and marketing plans;
- organization and implementation of hotel and restaurant services/activity processes;
- active sales of hotel and restaurant services;
- establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring long-term cooperation;
- preparation of commercial offers, contracts and promotions;
- market and competitor analysis;
- administration of online sales channels and hotel and restaurant website;
- providing reports and suggestions on improving hotel services to the manager of the hotel and restaurant.
Employee requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in active sales of accommodation services;
- excellent negotiation skills;
- Higher Education;
- very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
- experience in working with online reservation channels;
- orientation towards the goal and results;
- control, initiative, responsibility, communication skills.
