Nature of work

  • Customer service at the hotel reception: trust, registration, information about the services provided in the complex;
  • Customer service by phone and email. by mail: sales of services, booking of orders, provision of information about services, special offers and applicable loyalty program;
  • Check-out of guests and payment for the provided services: work with the cash register, invoicing;
  • Pleasant communication with clients and resolution of conflict situations.

Employee requirements

  • Good knowledge of Russian and English;
  • Computer skills (NewHotel program would be an advantage);
  • Work experience in hotel or customer service (would be an advantage);
  • Positive thinking, courtesy and helpfulness, flexibility and ability to resolve conflict situations;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
