Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist at the AirInn Vilnius hotel located near Vilnius International Airport.

Nature of work:
Communicating with guests live, by e-mail and by phone;
Guest registration, de-registration, payment for hotel services provided and invoicing;
Entering guest reservations into the hotel management system;
Preparation of reports;
Prompt resolution of problems.

Work on a rolling schedule. The duration of the shift is 12 hours. of which 1 hour is a break.
Working hours from 7:00 a.m. until 7 p.m. or from 7 p.m. until 7 o'clock
The average number of shifts per month is 15.

Work experience is not necessary, the most important thing is motivation and desire to work. We pay for everything.
