Nature of work
- Preparation of public procurement documents, publication in CVP IS;
- Execution of public procurements;
- Completing public procurement reports, announcements;
- Preparation, updating, coordination of the company's annual public procurement plan;
- Preparation of internal legal acts, other documents, counseling of employees and providing them with methodological assistance according to competence.
- Work with CVP IS, CVPP, CPO, Mercell systems;
- Resolution of other issues related to the execution of public procurement.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (advantage – in the fields of law);
- At least 2 years of practical work experience in the field of public procurement;
- Certificate of procurement specialist issued by the Public Procurement Service (advantage);
- Good knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating public procurement;
- Initiative, analytical thinking, attention to details, foresight, ability to argue and apply legislation;
- Orientation towards achieving results, ability to work in a team;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, the ability to fluently convey ideas orally and in writing;
- Good computer skills (MS Office programs).
