Nature of work
- Search and review of public procurements (the company uses Mercell services, so we receive specialized newsletters);
- Analyzing public procurement conditions, filling out documents and submitting proposals;
- Coordinating the proposal preparation process;
- Supervision of contracts concluded through public procurement (tracking of deadlines, communication with procurement organizations, provision of acts of completed works);
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (advantage – in the fields of law/management/economics);
- Experience in working with public procurement - CVP IS, CPO information systems;
- Good computer skills (MS office program package);
- Communicability, independence, quick orientation, analytical thinking.
