Hope you
- Has at least 1 year of work experience in the procurement organization in the implementation of simplified and international tender procedures;
- Has a public procurement specialist certificate;
- Knowing the requirements of public procurement, constantly interested in the latest practice;
- You speak, write and prepare documents in the official language perfectly;
- Learn English at a level not lower than B1;
- You know how to use a computer for work (Microsoft Office programs, document management systems, calculators, browsers, etc.);
- You are professional, independent, organized, attentive to details, have analytical thinking.
We care, so we expect you to:
- Drafting of public procurement documents and execution of public procurement procedures;
- Examination of suppliers' proposals, questions, requests, claims, preparation of answers to them;
- Provision of proposals on technical specifications, qualification requirements, evaluation criteria for projects, ensuring compliance with the legal acts regulating public procurement;
- Provision of consultations on public procurement issues and execution of other works related to the organization of public procurements.
