Nature of work
- Organization and execution of purchases of goods, services and works;
- Coordination of the specification of the object to be purchased and preparation of the documents necessary for the initiation of the purchase;
- Preparation of public procurement conditions, notices, announcements and other documents and execution of procedures;
- Market analysis and evaluation of submitted proposals;
- Coordination of contract conditions, control of contract execution;
- Examination of received claims regarding public procurement documents, public procurement procedures;
- Public procurement planning and procurement process documentation;
- Consulting employees on public procurement issues, providing assistance in preparing public procurement documents.
- Preparation of reports on public procurements;
- Provision of mandatory information about the Institution's purchases to state institutions performing public procurement supervision in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement and other legal acts;
- Ensuring that the procedures for the purchase of goods/services are carried out within the established terms, in compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts;
- Execution of other assignments of the Head of Department.
We expect a colleague to:
- Has at least a university education;
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the field of public procurement in a purchasing organization;
- Has a valid procurement specialist certificate issued by the Public Procurement Service;
- Knows the national language;
- Knows the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts regulating local self-government, public administration, civil legal relations, public procurement;
- Knows how to apply legislation regulating civil legal relations, public procurement;
- Knows how to work with the Microsoft Office software package.
