Nature of work
- Conducts purchases and market consultations through CVPIS, purchases from the CPO catalog;
- Prepares and submits to the Public Procurement Service public procurement announcements, reports of completed public procurement procedures, publishes information on written and verbal procurement contracts, preliminary contracts, amendments to these contracts and other information stipulated in legal acts;
- Prepares projects for extension, change, termination of public procurement contracts;
- According to competence, examines and evaluates suppliers' proposals and performs other functions related to procurement procedures;
- Ensures timely signing of impartiality declarations and confidentiality pledges;
- Adds suppliers to lists of unreliable suppliers and suppliers who have provided false information.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of public procurement organization and execution;
- Know and be able to apply in practice the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Public Procurement, organize and execute public procurement;
- Be able to manage information, accumulate it, systematize, summarize, analyze, prepare conclusions and proposals;
- To fluently teach ideas in writing and orally in the national language;
- Know the requirements for the preparation of legal acts, procedural and other documents.
