Nature of work
- Performs public procurement procedures in the manner established by legal acts (through the CPO catalog and CVP IS tools);
- Coordinates applications prepared by procurement initiators for public procurement, texts for invitation providers, so that they meet the requirements of the Law on Public Procurement, public procurement rules;
- Prepares public procurement plans;
- Prepares drafts of contracts with successful contractors;
- Prepares drafts of public procurement rules, the regulation of the Public Procurement Commission, orders and other documents related to public procurement;
- Examines requests, statements, proposals and complaints regarding public procurement;
- Cooperates and advises department representatives, procurement initiators on public procurement issues;
- Follows changes to the Law on Public Procurement, implementing legislation in the field of public procurement and applies them in a timely manner during procurement procedures;
- Manages documents related to public procurements, forms files of processed documents and transfers them to the archive.
Employee requirements
- Have a higher non-university education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of public procurement;
- To know how to work with modern technologies and means of communication;
- Be familiar with and follow the laws of the Republic of Lithuania on public procurement, Government resolutions and other legal acts regulating the organization of public procurement;
- Know how to independently plan, organize one's activities, collect, systematize, analyze, summarize information and draw conclusions;
- Procurement specialist certificate would be an advantage.
